RES24 Corporate Reservation Agent

We are selecting the figure of “RES24” Corporate Reservation Agent to join our new Central Reservation Office team

The ideal profile has held similar positions in hotels or booking centres has excellent knowledge of English and a second foreign language, is friendly and smiling, collaborative and proactive, and is flexible and willing to work even on weekends and holidays when necessary. Knowledge of the Protel management program is a preferential element. There is no provision for accommodation except in an initial period if they come from outside the province.

Remuneration as per CCNL, RAL 23.000
Fixed-term contract 12 months convertible into an indefinite one upon expiry
40 hours per week,
4 level and Central Reservations Office Agent Qualification
2 consecutive Weekly Rests

Booking Engine & Channel Manager Vertical Booking integrated bidirectionally with PMS
PMS Protel
CRO for reservations, no emails are sent
Integrated Reservations are downloaded on their own to PMS
Lighthouse Rate Shopper to check competitor prices
Nexy Pay for pre-authorizations and online collections SCA compliant
CoStar Benchmarking
